Working principle of coffee machine

2024-10-12

1. Working principle of fully automatic coffee machine

The machine automatically grinds beans, presses powder, and brews. It uses the pressure of the water pump to instantly pass the hot water in the heating pot through the brewing chamber to press the coffee powder, extract the inner essence of the coffee instantly, make the coffee have a strong aroma, and form a thick layer of delicate foam on the surface.

2. Working principle of semi-automatic coffee machine

The semi-automatic coffee machine has a high-pressure chamber. When the water starts to produce a large amount of steam, it cannot be depressurized through the small hole, so that the pressure in the high-pressure chamber is greater than the atmospheric pressure. Then the water rises along the water pipe and flows into the coffee filter under the steam pressure generated in the chamber. The coffee seeping from the bottom flows into the coffee cup. There is a safety valve on the top of the high-pressure chamber (to ensure safety). Or open the air valve, and steam can be used to froth milk.

3. Working principle of drip coffee machine

When the power is turned on and the switch is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the heating tube starts to work. When there is no water in the water tank, the temperature rises. When it rises to a certain temperature, the thermostat is disconnected and the heating tube stops working. When the temperature starts to drop, the thermostat is restored and the heating tube continues to work, thus achieving heat preservation.

4. Working principle of high-pressure steam coffee machine

The coffee pot has a high-pressure chamber. When the water starts to generate a large amount of steam, it cannot be depressurized through the small hole, making the pressure in the high-pressure chamber greater than the atmospheric pressure. Then the water rises along the water pipe and flows into the coffee filter under the steam pressure generated in the chamber. The coffee seeping from the bottom flows into the coffee cup. There is a safety valve at the top of the high-pressure chamber (to ensure safety). Or open the air release valve to use steam to froth milk.
